About

What you get with a real appraisal

An equipment appraisal is more than a number. It is a defensible document, prepared by a credentialed expert, that holds up under scrutiny in court, in lending, and in audit.

Every appraisal we deliver is USPAP-compliant and includes:

  • A full inventory with photographs, serial numbers, and condition notes
  • A discussion of the valuation approach (cost, market, or income)
  • Comparable sales evidence supporting the conclusion
  • The qualifications of the appraiser who signed the report

If you have ever received a one-page "valuation" from a dealer or auctioneer, you know it is not the same thing. Those documents are opinions. An appraisal is testimony.
